A holiday in Wales leaves a boy with his head filled with magical stories. On the journey home he meditates on one story he was told of ancient forests where the tree's talked, where wood, could and did talk.Suddenly his world was transformed, in his hand a piece of petrified forest, given to him by a guide when touring some caverns, begins to talk to him. His world may never be the same.
